Having worked extensively in corrective nutrition and fitness performance, Michael draws much experience and has a unique style of coaching that gets his clients successful long term results with body composition and overall well-being. Michael is a powerful believer in incorporating the best nutritional, training, and supplementation protocols to create high performance and a healthy, lean, strong body.

Michael started out as a basic personal trainer and fitness coach; he soon grew a strong passion for seeking out the correct physiology to create the most optimal results with one’s body and overall health. He is utterly dedicated to educate and inspire his clients to master the art of fitness, health and permanent fat loss.

We’ve been training for over 2 years now and the goal is to lose weight and gain muscle mass. And sometimes it is confusing for me where to start working on or what muscle area needs the most attention.

But ever since we’ve started doing the bio signature, the goals are much clearer and defined. The training was now more intense, exhaustive and fun; We’ve also found that most of my body fat was caused by stress so my trainer(Michael) gave me the supplements to help me lower down stress levels and calm me down at the end of the day. I began personal training sessions with Michael in August last year. My initial goal, like most guys, was to bulk up and gain more muscle. I had always thought of myself as pretty fit and healthy. However, after training with Michael I realised that there was more to health, fitness and strength than the occasional run.

With personalised training regimes designed by Michael I began to notice big changes. I also learnt that health and wellbeing is about positive living, healthy eating, and exercise. Michael’s tips and suggestions on diet (of which his knowledge is very extensive) proved invaluable.

Under Michael’s guidance I lost about 10 kilograms of fat; but in return gained lean muscle mass. The definition in my body altered quite remarkably and I began to get a lot of comments from friends, family and work colleagues. My overall strength improved as well.

I had also been suffering from severe back pain for about a year before I commenced training with Michael. His specialisation in rehabilitation training allowed me to train in safe conditions without adding extra stress to my back.
