Every year the average modern man or women forks out countless of dollars on flashy new gym memberships, exercise & aerobics DVDs, and pay TV ab crunch machines. While these products label themselves as results based, and will guarantee that you will see immediate change in your body shape and physique, the statistics and literature clearly show that most of these people, whether they have a gym membership, expensive exercise equipment, or at home exercise DVDS, they do not accomplish their goals AT ALL!
