“Saturated fats are bad and excess consumption will lead to heart disease.” This label has been super glued to almost every type of saturated fat out there. As a teenager I can clearly remember the growing epidemic in heart and cardiovascular disease, not to mention there were several people close to my family and I that suffered from heart problems. Because saturated fats have many different pathways and functions in the body, but one of the main things they do is provide protection for our cell membranes (in English) they are a basic structure for our cells. Without them, where in big trouble. But what am I’m going to (in brief) reveal, is a super saturated fat, one that provides protection, nourishment, energy, and fat loss all in one super food, coconut oil.

To me, this book just cemented even more the corruption of Western society and how the food and medical industry is driven by money not nourishment.
